ABSTRACT Bisimidazolium ionic liquids [C10(m2im)2(NTf2)2, C10(m2im)2(PF6)2, and C10(m2im)2(BF4)2] with different anions were evaluated as the antiwear additives in poly(ethylene glycol) at room temperature.
