Remarkable hexagonal carbon tubes transformed from zinc tetrapyridylporphine

Abstract. Herein, a simple template-free method to the preparation of hexagonal carbon microtubes by pyrolysis of zinc tetrapyridylporphine (ZnTPyP) was reported.
